Release the guilt ~ πŸ€~

A week of stress, sadness but also love and caring. Unfortunately the stress takes its toll and the muscles in my neck, shoulders and also my hips are extremely tense. So the yin postures are the best to keep my energy flowing in a healthier way. To make sure tensions are released as much as possible. It’s weird to relax when you know someone you love is hurting. I almost feel guilty, but I do know I make her proud doing something I love and enjoy and is healing also. Just sending my love and healing, hopefully tonight and tomorrow will be better
